1-1 support at a comfortable location, online or on the phone. Your key worker can:

• Understand what help is available while you're off 

• Advocate with your employer

• Help to find more suitable employment

• Create a back-to-work plan

• Volunteering opportunities

• Personal support, advice and a listening ear​
