Support for people at risk of unemployment for health-related reasons

Work Well Trafford are currently seeking Key Workers to deliver support across the Borough. 

Based in the 6 community hubs across Trafford, the key workers will deliver 1-1 support to beneficiaries of the Work Well project. Key workers will be employed by the community hubs themselves and though terms and contracts may differ slightly, they are broadly:

- 3 days per week contract

- Contracted until 31st March 2024

- Hybrid working including some hub-based, home-based and travel-to-meet people

Key workers should be experienced in delivering pastoral support in some form, would ideally have an understanding or experience of the benefits or social care system and have a desire to make a real difference in people's lives.

Each community hub is recruiting individually. Please apply to your preferred hub but if you are open to more than one location, please make this clear in the application. The hubs work closely together and suitable candidates who are unsuccessful may automatically be offered the opportunity to apply to another hub.
